SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM
Summer Food Program
Red Oak Community School District is participating in the Summer Food Service
Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all
children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be
no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, at a first
come, first serve basis, at the sites and times as follows:
June 5 th – August 14 th .
Every Thursday from 1:00 pm- 3:00
Pick up: High School Cafeteria
Each bag will include breakfast, lunch, fruits, vegetables, and milk for 7 days.

3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online

632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the
complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the
alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil
Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The
completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
