Board of Directors Meeting
The regular Board of Directors meeting to be held 1/15/2025 has been rescheduled to 1/29/2025 as several board members will be unable to attend the regularly scheduled meeting.
According to the Iowa Code, a quorum for a board meeting is generally considered a "majority of the directors in office immediately before a meeting begins," meaning that at least half of the board members must be present to conduct business; this is unless the corporation's articles or bylaws specify a different quorum requirement.
